ProfitGarage is a UK-based SaaS product operated at profitgarage.co.uk. We provide a car flip profit tracking application for independent used car traders and enthusiasts in the United Kingdom.

By creating an account on ProfitGarage, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

These terms apply to all users regardless of subscription tier. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

ProfitGarage provides digital tools to help users track car purchase and sale transactions, associated costs, profit/loss calculations, and UK tax estimates. We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free tier — Up to 3 active cars, basic profit tracking, DVLA reg lookup, DVSA MOT history, cash pot tracker, reminders. Free forever.
• Pro tier — £9.99/month or £79.99/year. Unlimited cars, full UK tax summary including Class 4 NI, PDF tax export, receipt capture, quarterly MTD summary, and all Free features.
• Business tier — £24.99/month or £199.99/year. Everything in Pro, plus up to 3 user seats, company profile, purchase agreements, P&L statements, trade invoicing, CRM, and accountant portal.
• Lifetime deal — £49 one-off payment. Pro-equivalent access for the lifetime of the product. Limited to 50 founding member slots.

Features available on each tier are subject to change with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe, our payment processor. Subscription charges are applied at the start of each billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

The Lifetime deal is a one-off payment and is not subject to recurring billing. It does not expire while the ProfitGarage service is operational.

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the end of that billing period but are not entitled to a partial refund.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a technical failure preventing access to the service — we may at our discretion issue a full or partial refund. Contact us at support@profitgarage.co.uk to raise a billing query.

You agree to use ProfitGarage solely for personal or business car flip profit tracking purposes. You must not:

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label any part of the ProfitGarage platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the platform without our written consent.
• Use the platform to store data unrelated to vehicle trading activity.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls, subscription limits, or security measures.
• Upload any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these conditions without refund.

By using ProfitGarage, you provide us with data necessary to deliver the service. This includes:

• Account details: name, email address, and optionally phone number.
• Vehicle data you enter: registration numbers, make, model, purchase and sale prices, dates, and cost records.
• Financial records: profit/loss calculations, tax estimates, mileage logs, and expense receipts.
• Photos you upload against vehicle records.
• Usage data used to improve the platform.

ProfitGarage relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database storage and user authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• DVLA Vehicle Enquiry API — vehicle registration lookups on behalf of users.
• DVSA MOT History API — MOT history data for vehicle records.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

Each provider operates under their own terms and data processing agreements. Use of ProfitGarage implies indirect use of these services.

ProfitGarage provides tax estimate summaries as a convenience tool to assist users in understanding their approximate HMRC obligations as self-employed car traders.

These estimates are not financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. They are based on the data you enter and publicly available UK tax rates. Figures may be inaccurate depending on your personal circumstances.

You should always consult a qualified accountant or tax professional before submitting any tax return or making financial decisions based on information shown in ProfitGarage. We accept no liability for tax underpayments, penalties, or losses resulting from reliance on our estimates.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@profitgarage.co.uk. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by law, without prior notice and without refund.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

Continued use of ProfitGarage after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
